Dan is the Principal of Cougar Capital Management.  Cougar Capital has completed over 200 transactions and currently owns and operates over 1,000 apartment units across the US as well as retail, office, senior living, and hotel properties. Their primary focus is owning and operating property for the long-term, and increasingly are working on historic tax credit redevelopments and the purchase of vacant or distressed nursing homes.
