Monthly Meetings and Events

Monthly meetings will be held on the third Thursday of every month at the
Best Western TLC, 380 Winter St., Waltham, MA.

Monthly meetings are free to members, $25.00 for visitors, (two students for the price of one if both have valid student ID's). Visitors, when you decide to join that night, we will credit your $25.00 to the cost of the yearly membership. (Hint: By joining, you save $150 off the cost of meetings!)

Dave Conti – Residential Mortgages

Dave Conti, Loan Originator, has been working in the mortgage industry since

2003 and is the company owner of Vision Mortgage. David holds a Mortgage

Broker License in Massachusetts & New Hampshire along with a Loan Officer

License for each state.

Ann Bellamy – Hard Money

Ann Bellamy, owner of Buy Now Hard Money, has been investing in real

estate since 1997. As a hard money lender, Ann works with investors and

lenders in New Hampshire and Massachusetts Get a pre-approval letter to

present with your offer, understand when it makes sense to use hard money,

figure out how much you can borrow, present your deal to us properly so

it's likely to be funded.

Mark Dickey- Commercial

Mark Dickey is a Commercial Broker with Cale Commercial. He has been a

part of real estate for over 10 years and holds both his NH and MA Broker's

license. Mark specializes in multi-tenant & commercial with the focus on

advising investors both buying, selling and optimizing their investments.
