Monthly Meetings

Monthly meetings will be held on the third Thursday of every month at the
Hilton Garden Inn, 420 Totten Pond Rd., Waltham, MA.

Monthly meetings are free to members, $25.00 for visitors. Visitors, when you decide to join that night, we will credit your $25.00 to the cost of the yearly membership. (Hint: By joining, you save $150 off the cost of meetings!)

Nyrik takes his students on an intense hands-on trip to learn how to evaluate and purchase properties. He prepares for weeks ahead of time, and only students who have been to Linda and Nyrik's "Power House Bootcamp" may go on the trip.

This particular trip is scheduled to go to Cleveland, Ohio, where they have already started buying properties with students from the January bootcamp. They are working on a 'pod' of properties. Ask Brian Trickett and Gary Briere about their purchases!!
